5th Annual Restorative Yoga Teacher Training


This program is open to those who have already completed a 200 hr. yoga certification course as well as for body workers such as RMT’s and chiropractors. This course includes 5 hours of injury anatomy.

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Sanskrit Chanting:  The Bhagavad Gita


This 20 hour course will give us a basic understanding of the Sanskrit alphabet and the correct pronunciation of its beautiful sounds.  We will use The Bhagavad Gita as a way to practice chanting this ancient scriptural language.

Teaching Restorative Yoga

at Yoga Sanctuary Toronto


This in-depth, 30 hr. course will bring us into the body of work that is the Restorative Yoga practice.  We will learn how to offer this unique practice to our students in a safe and supportive environment.  Methodology and techniques will be learned in a workshop setting. This course includes 6 hrs. of injury anatomy.
